Semi Private (3:1)
Semi-private sessions offer the same personalized programming as one-on-one personal training, with the added benefit of a small group setting limited to a maximum of three clients per session. This format is ideal for those seeking high-quality coaching who are already comfortable training in a gym environment.
Small Group Strength
Small group strength are our signature 8 person workouts. These strength sessions have an amazing group atmosphere while learning the strength training principles with guided exercises and technique corrections.
