Semi Private

Our semi private session take all the best features of personal training and combine it with a small group environment. Each client has a specified program and will be guided entirely through their prescribed exercises and techniques. There is a maximum of 3 clients at one time participating making semi private a truly bespoke experience.

Month by Month Coaching
$60 p/week - 1 session per week

$99 p/week - 2 sessions per week

$139 p/week - 3 sessions per week
