Our 8 person strength classes are ideal for those wanting a tailored strength program with the environment of a in a group training setting. We specialise in technique and form over intensity and pace. Our signature class style is designed so that YOU can dictate the pace and intensity based on where you are in your journey. From experienced lifters to first timers our circuits give you access to your own equipment, not having to share weights or machines unlike larger group sessions. You are instructed with high level cueing to maximize your experience and are treated as an individual.
