Our signature 8 personal strength sessions are the perfect way to get the most value from AHQ. Our structured strength sessions not only help beginners learn how to strength train safely but provides a perfect platform for more experienced clients to maximum their weights in each session.

Between the access to machines along with a wide variety of free weights you won’t have to worry about sharing during these small group sessions. Our workouts are structured to help YOU get the most from each session
